As part of the Hennessy Maison Marketing’s strategy, the Program Manager develops and recommends the global strategy and plan for a specific and culturally-relevant strategic Portfolio program that highly contributes to the growth and desirability of Hennessy globally. Programs can range from community programs , seasoned programs (e.g. Chinese New Year), global partnership (e.g. NBA) and on-premise activation .
He/she actively contributes to develop and formalize the Masterbrand vision and the Brand portfolio articulation
He/she leads strategic program(s) & partnership(s) with a strong business ambition and can encompass multiples facets of marketing and business activities such as integrated communication, product development, consumer experience. Programs are developed collaboratively with a range of internal (multi-functional project team and strong bridge with the core brands’ teams) and external partners.
Graduated from appropriate Business Schools or equivalent MBA
Bilingual French/English with 5-8 years experience minimum, in FMCG, Spirits, Luxury, Technology or Entertainment industries, with a combination of roles offering a broad view of consumer connections (advertising, media, communication, brand management etc at client or agency).
