The customer service manager’s role is to coordinate the management of a customer portfolio’s orders internationally. With ten sales assistants, they supervise order schedule management, administration and logistics, from acceptance to delivery. With a constant aim towards market satisfaction, they ensure commitments and deadlines are met and guarantee service quality.
