The personal data that concerns you which is gathered and processed (hereinafter, your ‘Data’) is mainly, according to the Website services used, your choices and the configuration of your device (in particular with relation to cookies, trackers and other tracking technologies): your last name, first name, email address, date of birth, postal address, place of residence, telephone number, your preferences and interests, your connection logs (e.g. IP address), as well as the information you send us when submitting your application and/or your curriculum vitae. 3. DATA RECIPIENT
Your Data is processed by Hennessy. It will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party except (i) potential Hennessy subcontractors for exclusively technical or logistical reasons such as Website hosting and maintenance providers, etc. and (ii) in event of our Company being restructured, including a total or partial transfer of assets, merger, absorption, acquisition, demerger and, more generally, any reorganisation.
Finally, Hennessy may disclose your Data to third parties when such disclosure is required by law, a regulatory provision or legal ruling, or if this disclosure is necessary to protect and defend its rights.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Recipients of your Data may be located abroad, including outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer of your Data outside the European Economic Area is made with the appropriate guarantees, in particular contractual guarantees, in compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
For Data pertaining to your application, Hennessy has binding corporate rules (BCR) that are recognised as compliant by the French Data Protection Authority and provide adequate protection if your Data is transferred within the LVMH Group, including outside the European Economic Area. 5. YOUR RIGHTS
In compliance with the legislation in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, to request it be deleted, object to it being processed and obtain its limitation or portability where applicable, unless Hennessy has legitimate and compelling reasons to retain your Data.

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data pertaining to your application will be kept for a period of two (2) years after the end of the recruitment procedure, then will be archived for the sole purpose of meeting our legal obligations. At the end of this period, Hennessy may contact you again to find out whether you wish Hennessy to continue keeping your Data, to be informed of any opportunity that arises that may suit your requirements and skills. Your Data will also be destroyed within a maximum period of 30 days of any request you make for us to do so.
Finally, on condition you give your consent, the connection logs collected by cookies, trackers and other tracking technology in place on our Website will be kept in compliance with the applicable legislation for a period of no more than thirteen (13) months. Within this framework, Moët Hennessy, alongside and in collaboration with the public authorities, has put in place certain fraud and counterfeiting detection tools and centralises all the information relating to counterfeiting crimes and parallel imports that it can detect or that are reported to it, concerning Moët Hennessy group brands and products, or any other infringement of Moët Hennessy group Companies. Within this framework, Moët Hennessy may gather and process certain personal data concerning persons who are suspected of committing such crimes or who are involved in such cases as witnesses of these crimes. This information will only be retained for the needs and duration necessary to verify the events detected or reported then, if applicable, to take action or adopt methods to stop them until the case is finally settled or, should Moët Hennessy decide not to take action, for a period of five (5) years from the last incident observed.

11. PROTECTION OF PERSONS BELOW THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE
As access to the Website is governed by the Website general terms and conditions of use, we do not gather any information or personal data concerning persons below the legal age for drinking and/or buying alcohol according to the legislation in force in their place of residence.
